Basic Class #1 - No Excuses Warm Up

Have your child join us in the "No Excuses" Basic Warm Up to learn the fundamentals and prepare them for subsequent classes. Ideally, this class should be performed twice in one week before moving onto Class #2.

Exercises emphasize core strength, coordination & focus.

No Excuses Warm Up:

  • Standing Positions 1,2 & 3
  • 3 Sets of Jumping Jacks
  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Crazy Legs
  • Triangle sit up

Martial Arts / Self - Defense Skills:

  • Breakfall
  • Seated Roundkicks

Abdominal Exercises:

  • Bicycle Sit Ups
  • Kneeling Superman
