Trial Class #1: Basic Warm Up - No Excuses

Have your child join us in the "No Excuses" Basic Warm Up to learn some fundamental cardio drills, core strengthening & martial arts skills to prepare them for subsequent classes. Ideally, this class should be performed twice in one week before moving onto Class #2.

Exercises emphasize core strength, coordination & focus.

No Excuses Warm Up:

  • Standing Positions 1,2 & 3
  • 3 Sets of Jumping Jacks
  • Squats
  • Lunges

Martial Arts / Self - Defense Skills:

  • Breakfall
  • Seated Roundkicks

Abdominal Exercises:

  • Bicycle Sit Ups
  • Kneeling Superman
